Children
The early years are some of the most important in shaping a child’s emotional well-being, confidence, and ability to cope with the world around them. Children don’t always have the words to explain what they’re feeling, and challenges like anxiety, ADHD, behavioral concerns, or the effects of a difficult experience can show up instead as changes in mood, sleep, school performance, or behavior at home.
Getting support early can make a lasting difference in a child’s confidence and emotional development.
Treatment Process
Care for children age 12 and younger is gentle, age-appropriate, and built around the whole family — not just the child. Together, we explore what’s going on, involve parents in the process, and create a plan that fits the child’s needs and the family’s daily life.
Sessions are conducted securely via tele-health, making it easy to fit support into life on campus, at work, or anywhere else this stage takes you.
